This 3-part series will focus on finding your true core engagement thru proper alignment, pace, spring load, and modifications for basic and advanced Megaformer exercises. This workshop is ideal for students to attain the tools to take their workout to the next level and experience the benefits from each full body exercise and class.


Each 60 minute session will break down signature exercises, while focusing on safety, alignment and how to master the transitions between exercises to maximize results.
