Is there a timeline for when you expect to reopen?
We will be reopening as soon as possible once it is safe to do so. As this is a continuously evolving situation, we don’t have an exact timeline and will continue to monitor the guidance of state and local officials.
What's happening to my account while you are closed?
Rest assured, your account has been temporarily frozen. Your classes have been extended and will be available to you upon reopening. We look forward to seeing you on the Mega and we can’t wait to shake together again, once it is safe to do so.
What's happening to my classes/membership?
We will take care of everything for you! We will adjust and extend your class package on the back end. If you are on a monthly membership we will adjust your autopay schedule to ensure you receive your unused classes in your current cycle, prior to being charged for a new cycle.
Is my package or membership automatically unfrozen if the studio is open?
Yes, upon studio reopening we will unfreeze your account and adjust expiration dates to offer any time back that was missed during our closure.
What if I am not yet comfortable sweating in person? Will my account stay frozen?
We completely understand; these times feel uncertain. Upon our studio’s reopening, your account will reactivate with extended expiration dates to make up for the closure. Please contact us if you feel you are unable to return to the studio at this time. Our studio is ready for you when YOU are ready for it.
Because of COVID, I am no longer interested in group fitness – can I get a refund on my open classes/membership?
We are sorry to see you go and happy to extend your expiration dates to give you time to see if you change your mind. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds and all sales are final but we can transfer your credits to a current pass holder. Please contact us and we’ll take care of it.
