Jean Nickels

Jean is a Cleveland native whose passion for fitness started at a young age and progressed to her current day love for cross training.  Certified by American Aerobics and Fitness Association and Madd Dogg Spinning, Jean has taught a variety of group exercise classes over the past 20 years including boot camp, strength training and cycling.  She fell in love with the Lagree Method when she was introduced to it a few years ago and saw the physical changes that can occur after just a few workouts.  Jean’s passion for the workout led to her Lagree Fitness certification and desire to help others find the strength, satisfaction and results that this high intensity, low impact workout delivers.


Tiffany Mast

Fitness and wellness are a vital part of Tiffany’s life and she is excited to be part of her students’ fitness regimen.  She has an extensive background in dance as a performer and instructor.  Tiffany’s fitness experience also includes leading boot camp classes and competing as a bikini fitness model.  Her high energy and passion for teaching the Lagree method brings excitement and energy to her classes.  When Tiffany is not obsessing over fitness, she enjoys spending time with her family, friends and little Frenchton Charlie.


Whitney Grimes

Whitney has been in the Fitness industry for over 10 years. Growing up as a competitive dancer, she used her passion for exercise to transform into an ACE Certified Personal Trainer. She has always viewed fitness holistically, believing that the “Body will only achieve what the mind believes”. She loves igniting others’ fire for fitness and helping individuals accomplish their fitness goals. Whitney runs energetic, challenging workouts guiding others to achieve the best version of themselves. Whitney is passionate about Lagree fitness and will challenge you to reach new heights, transforming you into a lean, mean, fat burning machine!
