STUDIO POLICIES

Punctuality Policy 

  • Arrival Time: Doors open 10 minutes before class begins. This allows time for check-in, setup, and any necessary preparations. The doors will lock 3 minutes before class starts, and late arrivals will not be admitted-No exceptions! This policy ensures a focused and disruption-free environment for everyone, and late arrivals will be marked as a no-show. Please arrive on time to make the most of your workout.

  • New Clients: If it’s your first class, please arrive at least 10 minutes early. This allows time for a proper introduction to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. Otherwise you will have an opportunity to rebook at a later date.  

  • Studio Access: The studio doors open 10 minutes before class. Late entry is not permitted after class begin-No exceptions!

Class Reservations
& Cancellations 

  • Reservations: All classes must be prepaid to secure your spot, and a valid credit card must
    be on file. 

  • Cancellations: To avoid fees, please cancel at least 12 hours before your class. Holiday and specialty classes have a $35 fee for cancellations within 12 hours. 

  • Waitlist: If your desired class is full, add yourself to the waitlist. You’ll be added automatically if a spot opens up, with cancellations required if your plans change. It is your responsibility to manage your account. We do not waive fees for missed notifications.

Attire & Studio Etiquette 

  • Grip Socks: For safety and cleanliness, grip socks are required. Available for purchase at the studio if needed. 

  • Jewelry: For your safety and to prevent equipment damage, please remove all jewelry before class, as it can get caught in the machines. Core CLE is not responsible for lost, damaged or misplaced items.

  • Phones: Cell phones are not allowed in the workout area to maintain focus. 

  • Studio Etiquette: Arrive on time, silence phones, and avoid strong scents to create a pleasant space for everyone. 

Membership &
Payment Policies 

  • Monthly Membership Holds: Monthly Memberships can be put on hold 1x per year 7-14 days.

  • Payment & Fees: Late cancel/no-show fees are automatically charged to the card on file. Accounts without a valid card may have reservations canceled. 

  • Additional Fees: A $25 fee applies to any disputed charges.
    All sales are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable. 

Other Important Information 

  • Class Capacity: We reserve the right to cancel classes with less than 30% capacity.
    Check the schedule for the latest updates. 

  • Photos & Video: By attending, you consent to photo or video capture for promotional use.
    Let staff know if you prefer not to be included. 

  • Special Discounts: Discounts are available for First Responders and Active Military.

  • Private Sessions & Corporate Packages: Available upon request. 

Gift Cards

Gift cards are available online or in-studio for an easy, thoughtful gift.
