Shari Carroll
Shari is the driving force behind Core CLE - Certified Advanced Level Lagree Trainer
Her passion for movement started early. Growing up in Cleveland, she danced through childhood and later immersed herself in the hottest fitness scenes in Los Angeles, New York, and Paris. Along the way, she earned elite certifications and kept her finger on the pulse of cutting-edge fitness trends.
A chance workout during a Miami trip changed everything. One minute into the intense Lagree wheelbarrow move, Shari knew this was the workout Cleveland was missing...challenging, revolutionary, and unlike anything else in the city.
Determined to bring it home, she made it her mission to introduce Cleveland to Lagree Fitness and create a space where clients can experience transformation - physically and mentally - one class at a time. As the founder and leader of Core CLE, Shari is dedicated to shaping a fitness community that inspires, challenges, and empowers.
When she’s not at the studio, you’ll find her soaking up the Miami sun, enjoying walks with her man Hank, or savoring gnocchi at Nino’s.
Her walk-up song? "I Won't Back Down" by Tom Petty....an anthem that perfectly captures her relentless spirit.
