YOUR FIRST CLASS
1. BUY AND BOOK YOUR FIRST CLASS
To book your first class at Core CLE, click here or choose "REGISTER/BOOK" in the menu at the top of this page. Choose and purchase your class pass. Then press “Sign Up Now” on the schedule to book it. You’ll receive an email confirmation after booking. If you're on your phone, our Core CLE App for your iOS or Android makes it easier to buy and book classes!
IF YOU ARE NEW TO CORE CLE, MEGA MECHANICS 45 IS A GREAT PLACE TO START. OUR SMALL GROUP SETTING WILL INTRODUCE YOU TO THE BASIC MOVEMENTS AND TERMS OF LAGREE FITNESS BUILDING YOUR CONFIDENCE AS YOU DISCOVER HOW OUR TECHNIQUE WORKS AND ALL THE BENEFITS IT HAS TO OFFER.
2. WHAT TO BRING
An open mind! You will be learning a new way to move your body, hearing terms for exercises that you’ve probably never heard before. Regardless of your fitness background, you will be confused and may struggle – that’s the point! Be sure to hydrate and eat a nutritious snack before class. Wear snug, breathable clothing and leave all jewelry at home.
Bring a water bottle (no glass please) which you can fill using our water filtration system at the studio, small towel, and grip socks as they are required for sanitary purposes. You can also purchase these items at the studio. Please do not bring any valuables into the studio and remember to grab all your belongings after class.
3. ARRIVE 10 MINUTES EARLY
Arrive 10 minutes before your first class for a complete machine run down and safety orientation. It’s essential to get an overview of the Mega and The Method before class. Also, your instructor will want to spend some time meeting you and learning about your fitness goals and any limitations you may have. Your safety is important to Core CLE!
Please note that after class starts, no new students can enter the class – coming on time for the intro is a prerequisite for your first class. If you don’t arrive 10 minutes before your first class, you will have the opportunity to re-book it for another time.
