Buy and Book Your First Class
To book your first class at Core CLE, choose Schedule in the menu, select your class, and purchase your pass. You'll Receive an email confirmation once your class is booked. For easier booking, download the Core CLE app on your iOS or Android device.

What to Except
Your first Lagree Fitness class will challenge you in new ways. You'll hear unfamiliar terms and you'll feel muscles working differently than you've experienced before. It is completely normal to feel challenged or unsure at first, that is part of the process. Lagree is designed to push you out of your comfort zone. Come with an open mind, a willingness to embrace the shake, and the understanding that every movement, big or small, is driving big results.

Arrive Early
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class begins so we can introduce you to the studio, the method, and the machine. Late entry is not permitted.

Come Prepared
Grip socks are required for safety and sanitary purposes. If you do not have a pair, they are available for purchase at the studio. Hydrate before class, wear snig, breathable clothing, and leave all jewelry at home. Please do not bring any valuables to the studio.

Pregnancy
If you are pregnant, please provide a physician’s release explicitly authorizing participation in Lagree Fitness classes. For safety and liability reasons, participation will not be permitted without this documentation. You will also be required to sign a pregnancy waiver before participating​.
